Esta receita simples e rápida é ótima. </p><p><span style="font-family: georgia;"><b>Ingredientes:</b></span></p><p></p><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="font-family: georgia;">2 ovos L</span></li><li><span style="font-family: georgia;">250 gr de iogurte grego</span></li><li><span style="font-family: georgia;">250 ml de leite ou bebida vegetal</span></li><li><span style="font-family: georgia;">1 chávena de farinha mix c schär</span></li><li><span style="font-family: georgia;">1/2 chávena de farinha trigo cerraceno</span></li><li><span style="font-family: georgia;">1 c.chá de fermento bolos</span></li><li><span style="font-family: georgia;">1 pitada sal</span></li><li><span style="font-family: georgia;">1 c.sopa de azeite</span></li></ul><div><span style="font-family: georgia;">Bater os ovos até duplicar volume.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: georgia;">De seguida acrescentar o iogurte, leite e azeite.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: georgia;">Por fim colocar sal, as farinhas e fermento, envolver. Deitar uma parte do puré num tabuleiro. A outra parte acrescente a farinha e envolva bem. Este puré deve ser esticado entre duas folhas de papel vegetal ao tamanho do tabuleiro.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia;"><b>Recheio</b>:</span></p><p><span style="font-family: georgia;">No tacho coloque a cebola, alho o azeite a salsicha e a carne deixe estalar por 5 min. Quase a finalizar o tempo coloque o berbigão acrescente coentro a gosto.
