A beterraba deu cor aos outros legumes ficou o prato mais colorido :)
Ingredientes:
1 nabo grande
3 batatas
1 beterraba
1 cenoura grande
½ pimento
Água
Azeite 2 c.sopa
Ervas da provence
Queijo parma ralado para polvilhar
Cortar todos os ingredientes em pedaços pequenos, colocar num tabuleiro de ir ao forno, Misturar a água o azeite e as ervas da provence deitar por cima das batatas de seguida polvilhar com o queijo.
